Very Good
smooth check in, spacious room, excellent staff, good breakfast. Value for money.
Mouldy smell in the passageways leading to the room. I think from the moisture caught in the carpets. Recommend to use diffusers used in other ITC properties.

Central location, very friendly staff, overall a pleasant stay.
This hotel has a central location, very friendly staff (I was given a room upgrade free of charge) lovely pool and SPA aread and a great view across the city.
The breakfast room did not seem very clean, I also would have expected more cleanliness in the room (e.g. the carpet around the bed seemed a bit dirty).

My stay was comfortable.
In-room dining was good - the chicken biryani was the best I have had in any place. Staff was courteous and helpful. Quick service at breakfast, in-room dining and reception.
Breakfast in healthy options were limited. Room AC temperature was set too low and was very cold. There was no option for guest to make the changes in the settings and had to call for the staff to set it to a higher temp. Bathroom - bath gel and shampoo should be better.
